Currently we are a father and son team with help in the busy season from other family members as well as part time and seasonal employees.  Charles has a few decades experience now working on the farm.  Adam has returned after college and has been helping on the farm for several years. 

We rotate growing corn and conventional soybeans across our acres.  There has been a positive yield response on our soybeans we have planted early, so we have added a second planter to allow us to plant the corn and soybeans quickly when conditions are fit.  This is one way we continue to improve our farming practices.  We also stay up to date with the technology in the tractor cabs to help with the field work and record keeping.
